Hello friends of
Kasisi. My name is Tresor Mudakikwa female aged 23 this year.
I have lived at Kasisi children’s home, since I was 10 years
old. Wow!
I came to Kasisi
in 1996 on the 10th of December, with my brother and two
sisters, by than my other brother who is the youngest was
already here. We had a wonderful Christmas with a big family
this I will always remember.
When my mother
passed on, I being the eldest thought that was the end of us
all, not knowing that God had found a home for us.
My siblings
and I found a home in the caring hands of the Sisters of Mary
Immaculate at Kasisi. I was only in grade 3 by then, and now
about to become a registered nurse in Zambia.
At present, am
studying to be a nurse in Lusaka. This is my final year.
Hoping
that one day I will have my own family to take good care of,
like I have now and will be coming home (Kasisi) to visit, for
Kasisi will always be my home.
The Sisters have
really supported, protected, loved and cared for my family and
me from the day I stepped here.
I thank God for them and ask Him
to continue giving them strength to do His work.
Thank you all who
have contributed to my welfare.
Love Tresor
