My Life History - ROSE
I am a Zambian girl aged fourteen. I was born in 1991 at the
University Teaching Hospital.
I stayed with my mother and father in Kabwata for four
years,then my father died. In 1996, my mother and I shifted
to Mutender, where we stayed with my aunt. In the same year
I was brought here at Kasisi Children's Home.
Thus, I started my school here, I did my primary at Kasisi
Basic School. I am now doing my secondary at Kasisi Girls
Secondary School. My favorite subjects are English, Biology
and Religious Education.
Excluding school, my hobbies are playing games such as
netball, draft, trouble and volleyball. I also like
dancing,reading novels or story books, going for walks and
making friends. My friends are Titina, Eunice, Carina,
Tamara, Carol, Josephine, Flavia, Florina and Anita.
Though I admire being a musician, I have many favorites,
most of them are Zambian. Their names are Ty2, Hamooba,
Peterseen, K’Millan and Mampi .I also like McAntony, Mario,
Britney Spears, Westlife, J-Lo, Fat-Joe, Will Young and Will
Smith.
However, I am really happy here because I have almost
everything. The sisters really take great care of me and
they always tell us to treat each other as brothers and
sisters which is very good.
